MHASD serves Oregon Health Plan members enrolled in Health Share of Oregon/Multnomah Mental Health, as well as people who have no insurance or resources. To receive mental health treatment: If your mental health insurance provider is Multnomah Mental Health, go to any of the agencies on the provider list. If you need help choosing a provider agency, call Multnomah Mental Health Member Services at (503) 988-5887. You can learn about your benefits and see a copy of your member handbook here(link is external). If you do not have insurance, call MHASD's Mental Health Call Center—open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week—at (503) 988-4888 to find out which provider agencies have low fees or sliding-scale payment plans.
